Former CCP student and good friend Chris Oaten is now taking registrations for histimelapse workshop running on September 3 and 4 during the Shimmer Photographic Biennale.
"There is a minimum of six and a maximum of 12 participants for this workshop, in which I'll be covering aspects of timelapse comprehensively in a hands-on program. There will be an emphasis on the exposure ramping method known as the "holy grail" capture but I'll guide you through all that you really need to know from hardware options to post-production workflow.
You can message me, or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to register for the workshop, after which I'll furnish you with further details.
The cost will be $450 (including lunch and refreshments) and it will be supported by Canon as a Canon Collective event, which means you'll have a chance to use some of Canon's latest gear, or shoot with your own equipment if you prefer. You will also need to bring your own computer.
The workshop will be based at the Noarlunga Arts Centre.
If you're looking to advance your timelapse skills, this is the perfect opportunity to learn from a recognised professional specialising in commercial timelapse production.
