More details via Syngenta

The Grow-Conserve tension is one of the world’s most pressing challenges. As the world’s population continues to increase, so does the tension between our growing demand for more food, energy, and resources and the protection of our planet. Bold and transformative action is needed.

Entries will be judged by a distinguished international judging panel chaired by the author and curator William A. Ewing. The Award prizes total $65,000, which includes up to a $25,000 commission for the first prize winner in the Professional category to develop a photography project further exploring the theme.
