Athens Photo Festival International Call for Entries

Athens Photo Festival is accepting submissions for its 2018 exhibition program. The selected works will be exhibited from 6 June to 29 July 2018, at the Benaki Museum (Pireos St. Annexe), one of the most prestigious museums in Greece. The exhibition program will be comprised of a wide variety of works, selected through this international open call for submissions. The call is open to all genres of photography: from fine art to documentary and photojournalism, photo-based installations and videos. The Festival also welcomes submissions for its Photobook Show. To be eligible for inclusion in Festival programming, proposals must be submitted before 4 April, 2018.

Athens Photo Festival is the leading international festival of photography and related media in Southeastern Europe. The Festival attempts to bring together emerging and established artists and photographers from all over the world with the aim to reflect the diversity of contemporary photography, and to create opportunities for exchange of ideas, artistic expression and international engagement. Exploring critical issues of our time, the Festival functions as a dynamic platform where the impact of the ever-changing visual culture can be raised and discussed.
