VET in SACE Online
Study photography wherever you are
What is VET in SACE?
Our vibrant VET in SACE program is developed especially for high school students who want to get a qualification and gain a head start on their career before leaving school.
Why Study Photography?
It is predicted that over one trillion photographs are taken per year. Since the first digital cameras and now camera phones exploded into the photographic scene, photography has become an integral part of our daily lives. Meaning that no matter what industry you work in, or how you spend your free time, photography has become an essential skill of the modern world.

I have found the courses at the CCP really insightful and helped me to expand my photography knowledge and skills, as well as teaching me the knowledge of using lightroom to edit photographs. They have encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone and push my creativity to the limits.

What happens after my first semester of study?
Students can choose to continue with their studies by completing a Certificate IV in Photography and Photo Imaging. Creative Camera is the equivalent of Introduction to Photography and Camera 1 in our Certificate IV, so students can jump straight into any of our certificate level classes teaching digital, darkroom, studio, camera or conceptual skills. Students can take as little as one subject per term to complete the Certificate IV in just over two years (9 terms) or undertake three subjects for full time study to complete it in just under a year.
After completing the Certificate IV students can undertake a Diploma in Photography and Photo Imaging.
